Scope of review
The clinical review covers the pages listed below. On each one it covers the
description of the instrument, how scores are interpreted, the stated
limitations, and the answers in the FAQ.

Each translation was reviewed in its own language, not only the English
original. Pages are re-reviewed at least once a year, and again whenever the
clinical content changes in a way that affects meaning.
The RAADS-R, and the autism and neurodivergent screeners, describe
instruments that exist in the published literature. The AuDHD questionnaire
does not: its items were written for this site, because no validated
screener for the co-occurrence of autism and ADHD exists to adapt. The
review of that page therefore covers what it can cover, which is whether the
questions are clearly worded and free of double meanings, whether the result
text is defensible, and whether the page is honest about what it cannot do.
It is not a statement that the questionnaire has been validated, because it
has not been.
What the review does not cover
- The questionnaires as diagnostic instruments. Reviewing
this content is not a statement that any screening questionnaire on this site
can diagnose autism. None of them can. They are screening tools that indicate
whether a conversation with a clinician is worth having. - Pages outside the table above. The AQ-50, AQ-10, CAT-Q,
RAADS-14, ADOS-2, ADI-R and M-CHAT pages, and the general articles, were not
part of this review. - The validation of the AuDHD questionnaire. Its items
are original to this site and have not been tested against clinical
diagnosis, and no score on it has been shown to predict anything. The review
covers the wording and the interpretation, not the statistical properties,
which do not exist yet. - Individual results. No reviewer named here has assessed
anyone who uses this site, and no result produced by it has been seen by a
clinician. - Add anything else that was not reviewed, for example
automatically generated or personalised output if the site produces any.
Independence
State whether the review is paid and on what basis, for
example: the reviewer is paid for review time at a fixed rate, and the fee does
not depend on traffic, sign-ups, or anything she concludes.
A review is not an endorsement of this website or of the results it
produces. Where the reviewer asked for wording to be changed, it was changed
before the page was published.
is a diagnosis. If a result concerns you, take it to a clinician who can
assess you properly.
